With a career that spans over 30 years in hospitality, Douglas has led the operations and opening concepts for dozens of successful restaurants, hotels and nightlife venues throughout the country.

Being a visionary in applying a global perspective to the hospitality industry, Douglas is an expert in venue openings, systems, operations and training. This has helped him propel his projects to the next level. As a Southampton native and operator of the highly-acclaimed Coopers Beach Concession, HENRI, Douglas takes the hospitality experience to the next level with Main Prospect. Douglas has been brought on to lead teams to success with his experience encompassing the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino, BR Guest, SBE’s XIV by Michael Mina, 1 Hotel and The Guitar at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. In his next chapter Douglas is building HENRI Hospitality into a world-class brand, focused on international cuisine, exceptional guest service and innovative concepts.

His expertise affords a perspective, deep with innovation, discipline and creativity, helping to streamline your business for the ultimate guest experience.
